Model risk is the risk from using our model to make business decisions. Our model complies with SR11-7 for estimating model risk. To help validation teams evaluate model risk, we supply a model document and model maintenance. Model risk can also be evaluated each time the model is used, by comparing future forecasts with the history of data breaches. Below is a screenshot from one of our reports as an example.
